Submitting this request will permanently revoke your mobile app login credentials and purge your historical GPS tracking logs, shift records, and photo proof submissions from StayHQ systems.

What happens after you submit?

  • Immediate Credential Revocation: Your account access will be disabled, preventing further GPS tracking or app login.
  • Data Purge Timeline: All personal GPS trajectories, shift check-ins, and uploaded proof photos will be permanently deleted from our primary and backup databases within 7 business days.
  • Retained Anonymized Records: General aggregate payroll hours required by local labor laws or tax compliance may be retained in anonymized form without personal identifiers or location coordinates.
